Typical pricing
Couch cleaning is priced by size and fabric. With us it starts at $119; a loveseat, a standard sofa and a large sectional are priced differently. Send a photo or tell us the number of seats and the fabric tag code and we can quote on the phone.
What changes the price
Size and number of cushions, fabric type (microfiber and delicate fabrics may need solvent cleaning), heavy body-oil buildup on arms and headrests, and pet urine that needs enzyme treatment.
What affects the result, not just the price
The fabric code under the cushions decides the method. W-code fabric can be cleaned with water, S-code needs a dry solvent, and microfiber usually needs solvent and brushing. A cleaner who skips that check can leave rings or shrink covers, which costs far more than the cleaning.
Body oil on arms and headrests, pet accidents in the seat cushions and old food spills all take extra pre-treatment, so mention them when you ask for a price.
Getting the best value
Clean the couch at the same visit as carpets or dining chairs, and book online for $20 off. Regular cleaning every 12 months costs less over time than trying to rescue a couch that hasn't been cleaned in years.
